In this ongoing course, we will talk about our reading goals for 2021, and meet 1 to 2 times a month to talk about them ( you don't even have to read the same books, we're just here to motivate each other and have fun).

Class Experience
There are no requirements to join this class, just an interest in reading and a want to participate in talking about the books they're reading and the book related goals that we are trying to reach for the year. You don't have to be here all year to join in. You can read whatever you want, however much (or little) you want, we're just here to talk about our reads and our goals. Students will take the steps to try and reach their reading goal for the year. Students will learn to read for fun. Students will learn to set and achieve their own goals.
I am a credentialed teacher and I am participating in a number of reading "challenges" for the 2021 year.
Reading the books set for their goal is important and it is expected that they are putting in the amount of time they need to complete this goal.
1 hour 5 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
