Class Experience
This course will cover the 1st Grade NGSS Science Standards in a hands-on and engaging way! Seed and Stem Learning Center believes that students learn science best through exploration, group work, and hands-on activities. Real-world problems, situations, and problem-based learning will drive student inquiry throughout this course. Students will have multiple opportunities to interact with other students and their instructors throughout this course in order to get the most out of their online...
Students will be assigned various activities and assignments throughout the course. These assignments will include online simulations, presentations, worksheets and projects.
Optional Material Lists will be provided each week.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
