US Grade 1
Private tutoring for any topic within 1st grade math curriculum (Common Core or otherwise)! Including, but not limited to: -Place Value (tens and ones) -Adding and subtracting one- and two-digit numbers -Interpreting and solving word problems Send me a message if your student is working below or above grade level. I believe that every young learner can make progress and feel confident in math. I would love to provide support to help make that true for your student. My tutoring sessions are highly interactive and individualized, and my goal is for students to enjoy being here. Before we begin tutoring, I will send you a short questionnaire through which you can tell me about your student + the skills you would like your student to develop. Please complete it and send it back before our first session. During our first session, I will give your student a short assessment to help me establish the skills they already have. I'm looking forward to supporting your family in the wonderful world of math!
