Description
Class Experience
This six week class will focus on developing math skill proficiencies in first grade. The class is designed for small groups of no more than six learners to maximize interaction and engagement of all learners. I will adhere to the following curriculum map. Week 1 Counting to 100, counting by ones review and skip counting by 2, 5, and 10 using a 100s board, 10 more 10 less Week 2 Math symbols, comparing and ordering numbers, greater than, less than and equal to Week 3 Add and Subtract within...
homework will not be assigned. I am willing to provide practice ideas and activities if parents request them.
I will list materials needed for each class in the classroom message center.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
