Class Experience
Hi Friends! This 1st Grade General Music Class is a mirror of what I have taught in schools as a public educator, both in-person and remotely. I focus on active-music making in the classroom as well as ear training with the goal of elementary rhythm and pitch reading. Learner progress will be assed informally and formally, in class. There will occasionally be a written assignment, such as learning how to draw notes, etc. I will also provide quarterly progress reports for participation and the learning of skills.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
