Description

Class Experience

Students will learn to plan, write, revise, and edit true stories about themselves.
I love teaching children how to write! I have a master's degree from the School of Education at Northwestern University and a certificate to teach English as a foreign language from Georgetown University. I was a primary teacher in international schools, and started an afterschool literacy program for children ages 4-11. I have been teaching children how to read and write for more than 15 years!
Students are welcome to work on their stories at home after each class.
Students can send me their work if they'd like additional feedback.
2 hours 40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
