In this class, students will learn several dances do different Holiday songs. Students will focus on having fun and engaging with others.
Class experience
Students will learn contemporary dance to the 12 Christmas Songs. Class will start with minor stretches and cardio to help the heart rate. Students will learn the dance moves step by step. Students will have fun during this session. Throughout the lesson I will modify and demonstrate all dances. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions. There will be a new dance learned for each class. Therefore, students can join in at anytime, a missed class will not affect students. We will...
The goal is for students to have fun and engage with other students.
Dancing is a passion of mines. I taught dancing for seven years. I specialize in ballet, hip-hop, fitness, aerobics and African dancing. My twin sister and I are professional MIME dancers. Through dancing we were able to share a story and travel to showcase our talent.
