✅Important Note: I will be on maternity leave from December 20 to February 9. Starting February 10, I will have limited availability to support learners preparing for spring testing. We will explore the following critical test-taking strategies while looking at different scenarios in different ways. We will use various learning methods each week with a different focus and aim to engage the learner through discussion. 🎓 This course is perfect for learners who want to improve their study and test preparation, time management, and organization skills to develop greater confidence in their ability to effectively apply their test-taking strategies. Learners may join the journey toward reading comprehension mastery at any time, pause when they need to, and resume the course again! 😁🖱💻🔌We'll meet weekly for fun and interactive classes where we'll complete activities to help us understand and apply our weekly test-taking strategies. Learning Goals
Learners will develop an awareness of test-taking strategies to prepare them for the ISEE, HSPT, ACT, SSAT, GRE, etc.
Goals for Learners may include improving their decision-making by following the Eisenhower Decision Matrix. Also, learners will gain knowledge of SMART goal-setting and enhance their learning by identifying their learning style(s) and effective note-taking methods. Learners will also gain insight into prioritization through The Tasks Hierarchy, “best practices” for test-taking, and focus and attention management.

Learners will view weekly lessons and activities through a screen-shared presentation via Google Slides.
