Each 45-minute session is tailored to your child's current level, ensuring they receive the focused attention and encouragement they need to succeed. All classes are taught in a positive and encouraging teaching style that often uses games to make practicing these skills fun!

Math Support: Whether they need more of a challenge or are struggling with current concepts, I'm here to help! Each math session will be customized based on your child's grade level and needs. I will use engaging activities, including educational games, to develop a strong number sense and make learning math a positive experience.
Examples of topics: Adding and subtracting with or without regrouping, rounding, estimating, prime factorization, and more! 

Reading Support: Whether they are ready for more advanced material or need help with current reading skills, I am here to assist. As a certified K-6 teacher with a reading endorsement and years of classroom and one-on-one tutoring experience, I provide personalized instruction to enhance your child's reading abilities.
Examples of topics: Nonsense word practice, oral reading fluency improvements, reading CVC words or other vowel patterns, root word studies, comprehension strategies, and more! 

Writing Support: Need extra help with writing? Whether your child needs to improve their grammar, sentence structure, or creative writing skills, our writing sessions are designed to provide targeted support. Each 30-minute session will be customized to focus on specific writing skills and foster a love for writing.
Examples of topics: Informative essays, narrative stories, opinion arguments, grammar support, creativity practice, and more!
