Mastery Evaluation
At family's request, learner may submit writing samples based on the format of the AP essays and we can spend class working through that essay in order to understand what it would likely score on the exam. This must be agreed upon with the instructor at least 72 hours before the session so the instructor has time to prepare and evaluate the submitted essay.

Class Experience

US Grade 9 - 12
In this private tutoring session, Mr. Dean can work with you to master content and concepts from your AP History class, as well as the skills and instincts needed to succeed on the exam. We can tailor the experience to your specific needs, so if you know you need to focus on particular course units or skillsets we can build that in.

Typical activities include:
- writing prompt analysis and rubric breakdowns
- sample multiple-choice questions and strategy sessions
- practice with new content memorization and recall strategies
- mind mapping activities to help connect key concepts together
- short, targeted writing exercises and instant feedback from a trained AP exam grader.

Please contact the teacher before booking to discuss timing and topics, so the instructor can prepare the perfect lesson for your student.

One last note: for the safety of all of our students, and to ensure that I can work with each student effectively, I do require students have their cameras turned on and be visible at all times. Students who cannot comply will be moved to the waiting room.
