1:1 Tutoring ELA for Lower, Middle, and Upper Level ISEE Prep

✅Important Note: I will be on maternity leave from December 20 to February 9. Starting February 10, I will have limited availability to support learners preparing for spring ISEE testing.

This individualized 1:1 tutoring program is designed to fully prepare learners for the ELA portion of the ISEE, whether they're testing for the Lower Level (4th-5th grade), Middle Level (6th-8th grade), or Upper Level (9th-12th grade) exams. With customized lessons built around each learner's specific needs, we will work together to help them achieve their highest potential for private school admissions. Using practice questions from top resources like Ivy Global, CollegeBoard, and Khan Academy, your learner will be well-equipped for success.

Each session focuses on essential test-taking strategies for ELA sections including verbal reasoning, reading comprehension, and essay writing. By honing in on your learner’s strengths and addressing areas for improvement, I provide targeted support where it is needed most. Through ample practice tests and exercises, your learner will gain familiarity with the exam structure, build confidence, and minimize test-day anxiety for optimal performance.

Tutoring sessions are tailored to your learner's unique needs and may cover topics such as:

✓Analyzing different types of analogies and creating bridging sentences to demonstrate relationships
✓Reading and analyzing texts with a focus on summarization, inferencing, comparing, and contrasting reading comprehension questions
