My tutoring experiences are meant to be fun, enriching times that build and enhance/ enrich the writing process of all types, sharing great literature and discussions, and also all ELA HW and school help.
Class Experience
US Grade 5 - 8
Class topics vary from learner to learner. I have worked with students 1 or 2 times a week over several weeks to accomplish specific gains in essay writing while building vocabulary, voice, sentence variety, depth of the topic to other lessons on various genres of writing. I totally enjoy teaching the books I have book clubs on, but in a 1:1 level so the student can really shine and have unlimited discussion time to share and expand their thoughts on the aspects of the novels . Frequency: includedFeedback: includedDetails: HW might be to do some reading with a graphic organizer or to add more to a writing piece from where we left off in class. We would begin the next class by going over the assignment to build upon where the sessions are headed next.
