1:1 Tutoring | Biology, Chemistry, Ecology, Geology, ACT (55 Minute Sessions)

I bring years of experience in teaching and tutoring 7th Grade Math to Calculus (as well as college level courses), working with students of various skill levels from Harvard and MIT to Middle School students, helping them master foundational math concepts. My journey as a tutor began over 7 years ago, and I have since guided numerous students through one-on-one and small group sessions, tailoring my approach to meet their individual needs.

I specialize in breaking down complex topics into clear, manageable steps, ensuring students not only solve problems but also understand the "why" behind the solutions. My teaching style emphasizes patience, encouragement, and building confidence, which is especially effective for students who may feel anxious or struggle with math.

In addition to my hands-on tutoring experience, I have worked extensively with teenagers in educational settings, helping them strengthen their problem-solving skills and achieve academic success. This includes tutoring in traditional and online formats, focusing on Algebra I, Algebra II, and related topics.

My qualifications also include:

* A strong academic background in mathematics and science.
* Experience preparing students for exams, improving grades, and boosting overall confidence in math.
* Developing customized lesson plans and strategies for individual learning styles.
* Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, with Honors, Magna Cum Laude. Minor in Statistics.
* Completion of Masters Degree in Environmental Science expected May 2025
