In this class, students will develop their skills in one area on homework support, or learn the next sequential grammar concept. I will collaborate with parents before class, and will personalize the learning to the individual student.
Class experience
Sometimes students need a little one-on-one help to get that light bulb moment in Spanish. In this one-time tutoring session, I will get to know your learner's needs, and help clarify a concept of their choosing. This course can also be done as a personalized intro to Spanish class! Students will practice and gain confidence on the area of their choosing for the lesson.
I am a certified Spanish teacher with 13 years of experience teaching in public and private education settings. I studied abroad in Spain, have an MA in Spanish teaching, and a MA in Languages and Linguistics, focusing on Second Language Acquisition.
Based on what the learner wants to focus on in our session (as communicated at least 24 hours in advance by a parent or guardian), I will pull together and create resources. Please look in your email at least 1 hour before class to see if there is anything to download to help us learn.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
