I am a certified Reading Specialist with a bachelor's degree in special education and a master's in reading. I am certified in special education, early childhood education, and reading. This is my 14th year of teaching.
Homework Offered
Some activities done during our session will be messaged home to repeat. A weekly text may be messaged as well. Students are expected to read it once a day to work on their currently needed phonics skill.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
Students will be assessed via Literacy First, a formal phonics assessment. A copy will be provided to the parent every 4 sessions.Grades Offered
