Class Experience
Beginner - Advanced Level
Boost your students reading over the summer! We will spend 15 minutes a day Monday through Friday strengthening our reading skills together. Sessions are dependant on your students reading levels and strengths. What we will work on: 1. Sight Words 2. Phonic Skills* 3. Reading Fluency and Comprehension * Phonic Skills include: -short vowels - vowel teams -bossy 3 words - digraphs and blends - r controlled vowels - multisyllabic decoding - spelling When we finish sight words we will move on to strengthening vocabulary

I work with students who struggle with reading. This can be for a variety of reasons and so I practice Differentiated Instruction and personalize each session for your students needs and aim to make it the best environment for them

I have worked as a reading aide in a public elementary school. My job was to help those who were reading below grade level improve their reading skills and confidence.
