This class is designed to individualize instruction and provide 1:1 private tutoring to meet your learner’s very specific academic needs. YOU tell ME what areas of reading or writing your learner needs to strengthen on prior to the class! I individualize instruction using research-based strategies to help build confidence and strengthen those specific targeted skills. This class is perfect for supporting public and private education as well as supporting and supplementing homeschool curriculum. Please notify me of the concepts your learner needs support with up to 24 hours prior to class starting! If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you! READING: -phonemic awareness -decoding -fluency -comprehension strategies (inferences, main idea, summary, text evidence support, etc.) WRITING: -sentence writing Trait-based writing strategies (ideas, sentence fluency, organization, word choice, voice, conventions) I can support your learner with any concept, and I am certified to teach Kindergarten - 8th grade. I look forward to hearing from you prior to class about what area your learner needs support in so I can design a plan using research-based interventions to address areas of concern.
