This is an ongoing tutoring class where students receive 1:1 help with their full Spanish courses. Lessons and sessions are developed in response to students' needs and personalized to their pace.

Whether you’re just beginning your Spanish journey and want more guidance or you’re looking to improve your existing skills, this class is suited to you! This class is taught in Spanish.
Learning goals are tailored to each student and their needs but generally students will become more confident and comfortable in their Spanish abilities and will emerge with improved skills and understanding.
I have been a middle and high school Spanish teacher for 13+ years and have taught at the university level as an adjunct professor. - B.A. Spanish - M.A. Spanish Linguistics -Ed.S. Curriculum and Instruction. - Holds an active teaching license/certificate in my state - Gifted and Online Teaching Endorsement. - All levels of Spanish taught (I, II, III, IV, V, and AP Spanish Language and Culture) Beyond my professional credentials, I have traveled extensively in the Spanish-speaking world to immerse myself in the language and culture.
Homework Offered
Homework is generally optional and provided as needed. Homework should be viewed as an opportunity for extended practice or deeper learning. Any extension option would not take more than 1 hour to complete and would be checked/reviewed at the start of the next session.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
This is a tutoring class so assessments are not generally assigned. If you would like assessments incorporated into our sessions please let me know so we can discuss what will best meet your student's needs and goals.Grades Offered

Students should have some prior experience with Spanish, even if minimal.
Please note that the external resources listed below are not all required or used. These are just a sample of the variety of tools I may incorporate to help students learn, practice, and master skills and topics in a fun and engaging way. The following supplies will be helpful for your student's success: - Printer for handouts - Small whiteboard & expo marker (optional but beneficial) - Colored pens or highlighters - Notebook

If needed, we may use a third party website called "Conjuguemos." This is a website that helps students practice and master verb conjugations. If we use the tool, I will create an account for your learner from my teacher portal. The account will generate a generic username and password that I will share with your student. No student email or contact information is required and this website does not collect any identifiable student information other than the name I input for the student (last names can be reduced to an initial). Please let me know if you have any questions about this tool or if you would like to opt out of its use for your learner!
