Each lesson will be structured to keep your child engaged while focusing on skill development: 1) Placement Assessment: We begin with a fun, low-pressure assessment to determine the student’s current level. 2) Exciting Topic Introduction: Each session will introduce a new topic in a fun and exciting way, with activities designed to grab their attention and make learning feel like an adventure. We may also enjoy a fun song or video during this time. 3) Interactive Practice: Together, we will practice the new skill using hands-on activities and visual aids, such as interactive slides, worksheets, and games. 4) Reading & Fluency: Your child will read sentences or passages to reinforce the skill, with me providing support to ensure they build fluency. 5) Creative Sentence Building: We’ll create sentences using the new words or sounds, allowing your child to practice in a fun and creative way. 6) Review and Reinforcement: At the end of each session, we’ll go over everything learned and reinforce the lesson with additional activities or games. 7) Homework Recommendations: I will provide suggestions for worksheets or activities to practice before the next session to continue reinforcing the skills learned.
