1:1 Private Class: Personal Leadership Lesson

Being a real leader begins by building one's character. As you build your character, people will naturally look up to you. I call this work an "inside job."

In this individual mentoring session, the student will engage in dialogue with me about what it means to have a good character. Our focus will be on actions and behaviors the student can engage in themself. 

The positive character traits of honesty and integrity form the foundation of my leadership lessons so expect both terms to be discussed in this session. On top of that, this session will unfold based on the experiences of the student, thus allowing me to respond to their unique situation. Some possible topics include:
  - how to control your attitude
  - training your brain to notice positive events
  - accessing your natural compassion
  - the value of expressing gratitude

Please note, this class is not a replacement for therapy.
