Description
Class Experience
Learners will explore modalities to find modalities to use to relieve stress. Learners will add "tools" to their toolbox around mindfulness, meditation, art, journaling, walk or sit and talk, etc.
I have been a teacher, counselor, coach, and yoga practitioner and teacher for 30 years. My passion is to support learners find joy, stress less, and achieve their goals.
After surveying your learner, we will create a plan and short supply list for our activities. The majority of supplies will be found around the house, and we can discuss any others needed.
35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
These will not be therapeutic sessions, but a way for your learner to add "tools" to their "toolbox" for relieving stress, relaxing, and enjoying alone time.
