Class Experience
This class is available on request for students who would like one-to-one tutoring in Mathematics. This may be to fill in tricky skills, supplement a particular class or prepare for an exam, or it may be to allow a less restrictive approach to exploring the student's interests. Please message if you would like to discuss particular subject/topic requirements for your learner (class days/times can be arranged via message also). The class will be adapted to the requirements of the student, and will likely involve consolidating work from other classes/study, or reaching beyond the syllabus for additional learning. Learners may request lessons on a particular topic, and/or bring along material they want to discuss during the class time - I also aim to encourage learners to think ahead each time about what they need to / would like to discuss in the next session. Teaching methods will include guided questioning, discussion, mini games/quizzes, and exam practice. Worksheets may be provided where relevant to the topics being discussed. Topics available include: - Middle-High school level Mathematics (e.g. UK KS3 or GCSE Maths/Statistics/Further Maths; US Middle School, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry) The class is available as a one-time or ongoing 1:1 class! Click "check availability" to schedule based on my standard availability, or reach out with your desired timeframe, day of the week, and time zone. Coupon codes for your first class: DRSTEPHA20 (if you're new to Outschool)
Learning Goals
Learning Goals will be agreed with each student/family.
