Class Experience

US Grade 1 - 4
Beginner - Intermediate Level
In these recurring 1:1 tutoring sessions, students will be taught or review math skills for 1st-4th grade Common Core Math Standards. Parents can voice their concerns of skills they would like covered. I will also assess what skills need reinforcing for students to ensure no gaps are present. I can also teach older students who need Kindergarten and first grade math skills.

This class will be student led, responding to student needs as they arise in our discussions. Fun nature projects or crafts will accompany each math lesson, incorporating thoughtful and meaningful exercises that help students practice math in real-world situations. All materials will be intentionally chosen items that are likely sitting around your house or in the recycling bins/waiting for the trash.

No required experience is needed.
Learning Goals
Common Core Math Standards specific to your K-1 learner will be covered in each class.
