Class Experience
US Grade 8 - 11
"This class offers personalized math tutoring for middle and high school students, specializing in 8th Grade math through Algebra 2. Whether you are homeschooled or part of a traditional school community, bring your math challenges, and we will tackle them together! I focus on the unique needs and goals of each learner, providing customized guidance and instruction. Each session is tailored to match the student's learning style and pace, ensuring effective understanding of concepts. I use various teaching methods, including visual aids, examples, and practice exercises, to enhance comprehension. By the end of the session, the learner will have a better grasp of the subject matter and a clearer path to achieving their goals. Students are required to bring specific math questions. It’s recommended that students upload or message me at least three questions beforehand. If they have online work, we can also work directly from their computer. Additionally, I know some Spanish and can support English language learners. Example topics include: solving equations, graphing and writing equations, slope-intercept, systems, Pythagorean theorem, functions, exponents, quadratics, geometry, etc."
