Description
Class Experience
Through tutoring, students will better understand the mathematic concepts they are struggling with. Understanding will develop through building on fundamentals of mathematics and the foundations students already have a solid grasp of.
I have a bachelor's degree in mathematics and have tutored or taught elementary to college math to students of all ages.
Homework can be assigned upon request of the parent or student.
Student or parent needs to inform me about the material(s) and assignment(s) they want assistance with at least 24 hours prior to the class meeting so that I can properly prepare for the tutoring session. Please come to class with the assignment/homework/material of study, paper, pencil, and any manipulative you have been using.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
