This is an ongoing 1:1 class taught by a certified elementary ed teacher for students in grades kindergarten to 5th grades needing help in math.

Math is a life-long necessity for every student. But it is not always so easy for every learner! Some grow frustrated and start to believe that math is an impossible goal. But it doesn't have to be! With the right tools and instruction, all students can grow in their confidence and mastery of mathematics skills, and more importantly, grow to love working with numbers! The learning goals for every student will be to build their math foundational skills first, and then build on those skills to become a successful math student.
I am a National Board certified teacher, who is also certified in reading, music, academically gifted, and elementary education. I have over 12 years of experience teaching in grades 1-4. I also have a Masters in Education in language and literacy.
Homework Offered
I will provide work for students to complete after each class.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
I will take notes during our sessions together and administer math assessments as needed. I will provide written feedback to you at least monthly.Grades Offered
