In this tutoring style class, your student will be taught and will practice the skills and strategies to be successful in taking math classroom tests, standardized tests, state tests, and EOG's.
Class experience
In this one-on-one setting tutoring session, we will work through and learn various strategies and skills for "attacking" a test. I will teach your student different methods on how to work through word problems step by step by focusing on the important parts. It will truly make solving word problems a breeze for your student. I have been in the classroom setting for four years teaching grade 2nd-5th teaching all subjects consisting of: math, reading, history, science, spelling, and grammar. I also have masters course work in elementary education.
