This class can be adjusted to fit your student's needs. The fall semester of high school geometry can be difficult for students (even those that have typically always been great at math) because geometry requires you to know the definitions and theorems in order to apply them and solve the math problems. You won't be able to solve the problems without knowing how to properly set up the equations! Equation set up and understanding how and why they are set up that way is key to being successful in this semester. One on one tutoring will help your student build confidence in setting up the problems on their own.

Before the class, it would be helpful for me if you or your student indicated which topics/unit they would like to review in geometry as well as the type of content. Will we be reviewing an old quiz or test, will we be studying for an upcoming quiz or test, do you want to do more practice problems and become more familiar with a particular topic? Let me know!

We can start by reviewing the content needed for the topic and then work practice problems together. I will also provide an additional practice problems resource at the end for more practice.
