This class is part of a series of classes meant to provide opportunities for learners to review and practice math concepts involving triangles typically taught in grades 6-8. Below is a list of concepts that could be covered during this class. Learner can also bring homework or classroom assignments involving these concepts to the class meeting for assistance and guidance. *Classification of Triangles *Triangle Inequality Theorem *Finding Missing Angles in Triangles *Area of Triangles *Exterior Angle Theorem *Pythagorean Theorem Please schedule sessions carefully, as missed classes will not be rescheduled or refunded. Hello! I have been teaching and working in the public school setting for the past nineteen years, and tutoring privately for the past ten years. I have worked with students ranging from kindergarten to eighth grade in math, reading, writing mechanics, American History, and beginning Spanish. I especially enjoy working with students in small groups or individually, and developed skills as an online educator when schools had to close for the pandemic. I have continued to work online with learners today, and truly enjoy it. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy watching television and movies, and traveling with my family.Reviews
