As a homeschooling parent, instructor, and past ESL teacher, I have found that children often resist growing in various areas when in an environment that doesn't offer enough focus on their personal interests. The language of focus is American English, but they will also be building their conversational skills to include new vocabulary, pronunciation, and confidence in speech/sharing.
I am a homeschooling parent of three (to include one with special needs), an online instructor, and past ESL teacher. I hold a bachelor's in psychology as well as a TEFL certificate.
