In this ongoing reading tutoring session with a licensed teacher, the student will work on practicing the reading concept that the parent requests.  The first session will include the teacher getting to know the student with an informal assessment.   This will help the teacher becomes familiar with the student's skill level and areas that the child is struggling with in reading.  I have worked as a reading specialist as well as a classroom teacher to at-risk learners in both elementary and middle school.  Please message your Reading request the day prior to the Tutoring session along with any questions you may have about the session.  I look forward to working with your child and helping them to learn the Reading concept that they need practice or help with.  I believe learning should be fun!
