Would you like to improve your grades? Are you wanting to learn new things effectively? Would you like to remember more and get better grades on tests?  Use active recall to help you ace your classes. This is an interactive class will support your student to reaching his or her goals in whatever subject they are studying. We will look into learning styles and who you are as a learner.

Make the most of your study time so you can go out and play. You will feel better and have more time for the sports and activities you love.

Learners may choose from the following topics:
-	Learn how to take notes in your classes. Discuss what research-based note-taking strategy works best for you. 
-	How to study your notes after class and make flash cards. 
-      Learn to recognize procrastination and start making the most of your study time.
-	Goal setting and making schedules and calendars. 
-	Find your strengths and learning style. Who are you as a learner?
-	Time management and organizing skills for improved learning.
-	Positive self-talk and growth mindset. Visualize and shape your inner self-talk.
-	Learn how to study for tests and minimize test anxiety
-	Balance studying with healthy eating, sleep and exercise.
Learning Goals
Students will learn how to:
- take notes in your classes
- study notes and make flash cards
- recognize procrastination and start making the most of your study time
- set goals and create learning plans
- discover his or her learning style
- study for tests.
