US Grade Preschool
Beginner Level
I will use a quick developmental assessment to determine what preschool academic skills would benefit your child to learn. From there we will work on any skills they don't yet seem to know. We will do so in a fun and engaging way. As an early childhood special education teacher some skills I typically want my students to know are: • knows the letters in their first name and can write it using a neat pincer grasp • counting to 10 •counting with 1:1 correspondence up to 5 •naming 8 colors •naming 5 shapes •building upon a pattern •creating their own pattern •identifies 6 body parts •can hold a scissors & cut a straight line My initial tutoring sessions will usually include assessments for the first 10 minutes and from there we will work on the skills that they are not yet proficient at. In the following sessions we will work on the skills areas they are lacking in to perfect those areas of development.

This tutoring session will be entirely tailored to the needs of your learner. I will base my session on their current ability, interests, and what you as parents would like them to learn.
Supply List
Paper, pencil, kid scissors, markers/crayons IF you have a white board & dry erase marker that would be helpful, but not a requirement!
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
