1:1 Conversational English for ESL / EFL with a Native English Speaker and TESOL

Students will learn the skills they request to learn out of the list included here, it is their choice as to what they wish to work on in this class. If I find during this that they also need to work on another aspect that they are perhaps not aware of yet, I will mention it and follow it up with them to ensure they cover any gaps in their knowledge and skills.

I am a native English speaker with a 150-hour TESOL qualification from Arizona State University and post-graduate qualifications in Applied Linguistics from Monash University.

I am also a lawyer in Australia and I homeschool my own children, therefore speaking and teaching clearly have been a part of my life for many years, and now I am also applying these skills to teaching others.

If we are planning on another session, I will supply a homework task that is applicable to that which was learned in the current session to bring next time.

1 hour per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
