In this ongoing class, I will help students strengthen and enhance their coding skills. Do they have a new robot, app, or coding site they want to learn how to use? I'm here to help. You choose what you want to learn! I have experience with the following: - Code-a-pillar Robot - Robot Mouse - OSMO Coding with Awbie - OSMO Jam - OSMO Duo - WeDo 2.0 LEGO - Sphero/Sphero Mini/BB-8 - Lego Boost - mBlock - Ozobot - Dot and Dash - Codey - Bee-Bot - Botley I also have experience coding online with the following: - Bee-Bot app - Blue-Bot app - Scratch Jr. app - scratch.mit.edu - code.org - hourofcode.org - codemonkey.com - mblock.makeblock.com - python 3.11 for beginners

Hello! My name is Cynthia Burleigh. I live in Texas. I graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor in Science in Information Systems. I started my career in a banking institute, but quickly realized I wanted to become a teacher. I have been working in education for 15 years, 3 years teaching with Outschool. I am Bilingual Certified - speak English and Spanish and teach Bilingual and ESL students. My teaching experience includes: Robotics, Codings, Spanish, Pre K - 3rd grade Bilingual instruction, Bilingual Reading Specialist, and STEM teacher.
I love to teach Reading, Math, Spanish, Technology and STEM (including robotics). I love spending time with family, teaching, and running. A little fun fact about me...I run marathons for fun! I can't wait to see you in class.Reviews
