In this ongoing private class, we will move beyond a "thankfulness list" and dig deeper, think harder, see ourselves and the world more clearly, put our gratitude to work to help others feel appreciated, learn to appreciate ourselves and our talents, and feel a deeper thankfulness for everything we have and those who have made it possible. I've been a mental health professional working with children for eight years. I very often include gratitude in my work with these clients to increase mood and life satisfaction. I am also an individual who has researched and practiced many areas of gratitude for two decades. I feel gratitude on a deep level and wish to explore this topic with students around the world so that they too may reap the many benefits. To note: This class is not therapy and does not build a therapeutic-type relationship.

Every class: A writing utensil. Colored pencils or other coloring tools are optional. A lined notebook or journal. Blank paper. A dual notebook is a wonderful option for lined and blank paper, as they have pages for both. This keeps everything tidy and in one place. They can be found in some stores and on Amazon.
