Description

Class Experience

I've been a mental health professional working with children for eight years. I very often include gratitude in my work with these clients to increase mood and life satisfaction. I am also an individual who has researched and practiced many areas of gratitude for two decades. I feel gratitude on a deep level and wish to explore this topic with students around the world so that they too may reap the many benefits.

To note: This class is not therapy and does not build a therapeutic-type relationship.
Week Seven: Complete letters to family if not finished. Deliver or send letters.

Week Ten: Complete letters to community members if not finished. Deliver or send letters.
Every class: A writing utensil. Colored pencils or other coloring tools are optional. A lined notebook or journal. Blank paper. A dual notebook is a wonderful option for lined and blank paper, as they have pages for both. This keeps everything tidy and in one place. They can be found in some stores and on Amazon. Here is an example: https://www.amazon.com/Dual-Notebook-Blank-Lined-Alternating/dp/1975695593/ref=pd_sbs_2/140-2860694-8987405?pd_rd_w=pHhL5&pf_rd_p=80c0d3b7-327a-454b-88c8-6e53987776ab&pf_rd_r=1SNAPN2G2D7SPQB3WNYC&pd_rd_r=c8358700-f483-4754-b1af-94d87b4fca62&pd_rd_wg=YFA09&pd_rd_i=1975695593&psc=1 Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard O
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
