Description

Class Experience

This class is taught in Spanish.
Students will improve their Spanish fluency and confidence to speak and read about the topics of their interest. Students will improve their Spanish listening and reading comprehension skills. Individualized free talk, reading fluency and vocabulary enrichment.
I’m a Native Spanish speaker from the Hispanic Caribbean. Made in Puerto Rico. I'm a Caribbean Cultural History specialist graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus M.A. History.
The Spanish Slang we'll learn in class is pertaining to the islands of Puerto Rico, Cuba, and Dominican Republic.
Each week the students could bring an item (toy, hobby, picture, art, quote, news, etc.) to describe and talk about during Free Talk.
A journal would be helpful to keep track of new vocabulary and phrases.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Personalized feedback will be provided upon parental request.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
