Students will develop good study, reading, and writing skills needed for success in AP Human Geography. They will have the needed academic support to be successful in the class and on the test. We will address homework, study, and review needs during every session. This includes breaking down larger assignments and reviewing drafts.

I am a certified secondary English teach with a BA and MA in English. I have tutored AP Human Geography, AP World History, AP US History, AP Government/Econ., AP Language, and AP Literature for over 11 years. I have also tutored ACT English and ACT Reading for several years. The materials that we use is content that I have gathered and used with all my face-to-face students.

Homework Offered
Students will have tools for review on Quizlet to keep their content knowledge fresh. They will also have guidance for pre-class study and breaking down larger assignments.

We will be using the AP Human Geography Textbook - The Cultural Landscape - 13th ed. We will also use Princeton Review - AP Human Geography, 5 to 5 AP Human Geography, and AMSCO AP Human Geography. We will use these reference materials to review concepts, work on AP "thinking geographically," and review concepts with AP style questions.
