Welcome! I have been teaching the math curriculum in 4th and 5th grade for five years! We will either preview or review the entire 4th grade math, common core curriculum, in 12 weeks! After 12 weeks have passed, you can determine whether you would like your child to continue the ongoing class to practice the skills for more mastery. I can apply all 4th grade mathematical skills in order to solve problems.
Homework will range from assigned, specific problems, Nearpod and/or Lumio assignments (codes given in class), and/or Quizizz. Homework will be reviewed in the following class. It will only require about 30 minutes of time per week, depending on proficiency in the courses.

Parents will receive a written report per week of student's understanding and next steps.

Statement for External (3rd Party Websites): The sites included in materials that will be utilized do not require accounts to be made, only certain codes for instructional games and/or assignments. They do require students to visit these websites and a link will be provided to students in the chat when applicable. All websites used are also instructional tools that I have used in education for 5+ years where content is created and shared by myself.
