Homework
Frequency: 3-6 per weekFeedback: as neededDetails: Students will be given homework Monday-Friday for each subject. The homework will not be due until the next lesson of that subject is taught. For example, Monday's math homework will be due Thursday and Language Arts homework will be due the following Tuesday.Assessment
Frequency: 7 or more throughout the classDetails: Students will be given projects and/or assessments for each unit.Grading
Frequency: 1 after class completionDetails: Report cards are offered at the end of each course.
Students will be given a syllabus with recommended materials for labs and projects.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Nearpod will be used for this class. No account will be required. Gizmos and IXL accounts will be provided for students. Students will login with a class code.
College Board-AP and Pre-AP Curriculum will be used for the History curriculum. History will be taught by a certified High School History teacher.
