The student will review specific, requested material with the teacher to prep for the next level of French, French 2. The student will review verb vocabulary, grammar, reading and writing from level 1 before beginning the next level of French. The parent has request we use the 'Bien Dis' text used in classes.

I have lived for a year in Aix-en-Provence, France where I taught ESL in a private school. I have also traveled to Quebec, Canada 4 times with my middle school students. In the classroom for over 10 years, I have been required to teach about over 20 francophone countries as a requirement of the Virginia Standards of Learning for French. In addition, my classes always follow the National Foreign Language Association’s 5 C’s of language learning, which includes culture.
