Description

Class Experience

This class is to help learners work on the building blocks to become confident readers. Both phonics and phonemic awareness will be taught to each student. Phonics and phonemic awareness are the building blocks to reading fluently. 

Over the course students will use their knowledge of letters and English rules to build fluency and confidence in reading.  I used modified Lindamood-Bell Strategies that I am trained in as well as my years of teaching experience.  I will meet your child where...

Students will improve their understanding of the English language and sounds.  They will improve their reading level and ability.

1 hour 15 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
