US Grade Preschool - Kindergarten
In this ongoing class, I will provide support and individualized tutoring for Pre-K through 1st-grade learners. Every lesson will be geared to your individual learner and will progress at the pace most comfortable for your child. Lessons that can be covered are: Reading: letter recognition and sounds, pre-reading skills, reading, reading comprehension, and spelling Arts: colors identification, primary and secondary colors and how to make them, handwriting This tutoring class is very flexible and completely individualized to meet the specific needs of your learner. Parent communication is of utmost importance to me. We can communicate via email and discuss exactly what you want/need for your learner. Parents will need to communicate with me at least 48 hours before the first lesson to discuss what areas would be most helpful to focus the tutoring lesson on. Tutoring lessons will take place 2x per week for 25 minutes, ideally for a few weeks/months. The class format is ongoing, thus, you are welcome to subscribe or unsubscribe at any time.

Ms. Rachel has been an educator for the last 15 years and started teaching on the Outschool platform in January of 2021. She spent five years teaching special education as a paraprofessional in the public school system. In that role, she worked with kindergarten through third-grade students, helping them find their best ways to learn in all subject areas. After leaving the public school system, she educated her children at home, with her last daughter graduating in 2022. She loves being an educator!
