1 on 1 Tutoring for Japanese 1- AP Japanese (45 Min)

Each lessons are designed to meet the only student in the class to meet his/her learning goal.  Thus the content of each class will be decided together with the learner as each lesson takes place.  As a private tutor, I will pinpoint what the learner will need to strengthen to meet the learning.

In private lessons students have the opportunity to receive undivided support and attention to hone their language skills in interpretive communication, interpersonal communication, and presentation communication.  I believe full immersion with infusion of cultural fun facts, youth culture, manga and anime help students stay focused and interested for the entirety of a 45 minute lesson. I focus on the goal of the students while providing solid foundation and support from my teaching experiences. Private sessions provide an in-depth learning than classes to assist the eager learners achieve their desired goal of language proficiency. 

Students will hear me speak Japanese and will have fun and build confidence in speaking while repeating phrases after me. We will focus on comprehension and then move to reading, writing and first grammatical concepts to understand Japanese sentence structure with use of news articles and videos from Japanese websites.
