Description
Class Experience
This is a private one on one class for students with previous Spanish language exposure. Fluency is not required. Each class will have a theme but will be tailored to the learner's comfort level and individual needs. Exposure is very important when learning a second language and so this class will be about 75% in Spanish. English will be used (by me) to provide instruction or clarification, the learner is free to speak English or Spanish in line with their own fluency level. Activities will...
Students will expand their Spanish vocabulary and improve their fluency.
I am a native Spanish speaker, raising bilingual children. I have been teaching Spanish on Outschool for almost a year. In addition, I have a B.A. in Comparative Literature, where i studied literature across cultural boundaries (English and Spanish languages).
Worksheets will be provided for extra practice but no strict grading policy.
Paper, pencil, and basic art supplies like crayons are helpful.
Learner will be informally assessed for improvement with encouraging feedback.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
I will provide materials used or screen share when necessary.
