I will meet one-on-one with your child for a personalized circle time focused just on your child's needs and abilities. Each class will feature learning a letter and number of the day, calendar, weather, counting, songs, and Show & Tell.

This one-on-one class is a chance for your child to receive individual attention to learn all of the topics in a typical Circle Time. Because the focus in this class is only on your child and their needs and abilities, it is perfect for the child who feels lost in the group circle time of a traditional classroom. To ensure effective tutoring, the teacher suggests meeting 2x per week. Book additional recurring meetings after the initial purchase.Students will learn letters and their sounds, numbers and counting, days of the week, weather words, and songs and fingerplays. Students will also learn how to express ideas using descriptive words and how to ask and answer questions in a comfortable, supportive environment.
I am a certified early childhood teacher with over 20 years of experience teaching preschool and kindergarten. I have a Bachelor’s Degree from Columbia University and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. I also received the Teacher of the Year Award for my work with young students. I specialize in private tutoring and working with the individual child to help them to learn and grow.
Students may bring a favorite item to talk about during our Show and Tell time in each class. This can be a toy, book, or anything your child wants to show and describe!
