Welcome to wonderful World of Learning with Ms Juliann. During this class learners will get remediation or enrichment for math based on what they need and you are looking for during this class. Learners will improve their math skills based on their needs whether it is remediation or enrichment.
I have taught all elementary grades kindergarten-6th grade and am familiar with several different math curriculums. I have been working as a teacher for 10 years and with students in the school setting for almost 20 years.
Homework Offered
Please inform me if you would like your learner to have homework. I am happy to prepare materials if it is something that will be completed.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
There will be emails sent of informal evaluations once a month on how the learner is advancing. Please let me know if you will need more assessment and we can come to an agreement on what is desired.Grades Offered
Since this course is designed to fit learners needs to help them succeed, materials and presentation will be adjusted to best fit your learners needs. I have been an educator for over 12 years so I have lots of experience with diverse kids.
Since this course is based on learners needs there's no prerequisites for this course outside of contacting me and letting me know what your learner's skills are and what they need to work on.
Materials will be sent on Sunday afternoon EST as well as a list of materials needed for the week. A general list is paper, pencil, coloring materials. Please print all materials prior to class for the best experience.
During class there is the option of games, which may include the website kahoot or blooket. Depending on the need of the student, we will either be screen sharing or students will need to split their screen. Whichever option is more comfortable with the student I can make work.
This will be dependent on student needs. Materials will be shared with the learner/guardians in advance of class time. All materials will be sent out Sunday after EST.
