Class Experience

Macrame is such an interesting art form that is fun and easy to learn. I have made many wall-hangings, decorations, plant hangers and handing shelves.
Do you have a design in mind? Send it to me at least a week before the class, and we can make it happen! :)
If you don't have a design in mind, you can send me a message and I can share pictures of projects that I created previously for you to choose from. Based on the difficulty of the project, we can adjust the class duration or stretch it over multiple meetings as well. Happy Creating! :)

In this class we will work together, creating a small macramé piece which the student can keep for themselves or gift somebody else (because hand-made gifts are priceless).

Some of the things that we can make:
- key chains, small wall-hangings (easier)
- larger wall-hangings, plant hangers, hanging shelves, decorations (might a bit more difficult, depending on the design)

Good lighting and a clean camera lens will be necessary for me to see the student's work and to offer assistance.
Learning Goals
This class can be appropriate for any levels, from beginners to more advanced. If this is learner's first attempt to macrame, we will learn the basic macramé knots required to create a beautiful small macramé project. For more advanced learners we can learn some knots that are a bit more difficult or create a larger project. For larger projects we can increase the duration of the class or spread the project over multiple classes.

Certified Yoga Teacher:
I have been practicing asana for over 10 years. Realizing the effect that my practice had on me both mentally and physically, I was pulled to learn more about yoga. Having completed the 200hr YYT with We Are One Teacher Training in Reno, I started teaching both online and in person in individual settings and small groups. It is very empowering and motivational to see the students realize the impact that yoga can have on them. Because we all can use a little bit of yoga...

There are no judgments in my classes, and no previous experience is required. Starting practicing yoga is never too early and it is never too late. Also, there is no better day then today!
