After all introductions are done, your learner will participate in a conversation surrounding any experience they have already had editing photos and why it is still important as a life skill. First, I will check with all of the students and confirm that they all have successfully downloaded and installed GIMP. The goal for this class is for students to learn how to import images, to cut, crop, add layers, and a handful of other GIMP tools.
I have been using GIMP for years to edit photos to create banners, logos, and other projects. I am excited to share my knowledge with the students!
Homework Offered
Students will be given a slightly more complicated project that will challenge them to continue to learn and use the tools we used in this class.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
