1-on-1 Essay Writing Tutoring & Review: 5th-12th Grade- 30 min.

In this one-on-one class, your learner will receive individualized attention to cement any writing concepts that she/he is struggling to grasp. 

As a certified secondary teacher, I will work with your child to improve their writing skills at their own pace and level. Some students learn best when they receive one-on-one attention which is not always available in a typical classroom.

This class is perfect for middle schoolers who are struggling to write for their first essay or an AP English student who needs help revising and editing their final essay. 

I will provide Individual support for the entire writing process (brainstorming, outlines, structure, writing, editing, and revising). Depending on how many times a week you'd like your child to have classes, we can focus on a certain skill for each day: grammar, sentence structure, writing a paragraph, writing a thesis, supporting claims with evidence, etc.

Please include what grade level your child is in and provide what work will be focusing on (e.g. an essay, project, outline, research).
